Prices will vary from pharmacy to pharmacy. Viagra will still be available in New Zealand at a competitive price for those men who prefer to remain on it. Generic ED Meds, such as, Avigra (Sildenafil) is a private purchase medicine. Avigra (Sildenafil) is available in boxes of 4 (sildenafil citrate 25mg, 50mg, 100mg) or 12 (100mg only). It is a prescription medicine for the treatment of erection problems. Avigra (Sildenafil) must not be used by men taking any form of nitrate medicine. Avigra (Sildenafil) must not be taken by men with heart conditions that may be affected by the strain of sexual activity. Side effects include:

The male sexual organ produces a chemical call cGMP which increases blood flow when you are 
stimulated but an enzyme called PDE5 causes them to breakdown and hence relaxing it. Generic ED Meds, such as Avigra (Sildenafil), works by inhibiting the PDE5 enzyme therefore maintaining levels of cGMP, helping you 
achieve and maintain an erection when you're stimulated.

Directions

Adults: initially 50 mg 1 hour before sexual activity; titrate dose according to efficacy and 
tolerance; max. 100 mg once daily. 
May be taken with or without food. 
Patient with liver and kidney impairment: start with 25 mg, may increase to 100 mg.


Avigra (Sildenafil) Adverse Effects

Headache, dizziness, flushing, indigestion, stuffy nose, changes in vision such as blurring, a blue colour to your vision or a greater awareness of light, diarrhoea, urinary tract infection (stinging or burning urine, more frequent need to pass urine) or rash. Seek immediate medical assistance if erection persists for more than 4 hours.
