Japanese man caught selling illegal Viagra tablets at his home has been arrested

Takeo Kubo, a jobless 61years old, was accused of violating the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law by Selling the Fake Viagra.

Aichi Prefectural Police are grilling him over the allegations that he placed advertisements in newspapers and sold illegal fake and unlicensed generic viagra the erectile dysfunction tablets to consumers across the country.

Kubo had sold fake and unlicensed generic viagra tablets to some 2,500 people in 43 of the nation's 47 prefectures, according to the police.

In the specific case for which he was arrested, Kubo possessed at his home about 300 tablets of fake and unlicensed generic viagra, totaling about 220 grams.

Aichi police have referred Kubo to prosecutors and are continuing investigations into the case in a bid to serve a fresh arrest warrant accusing him for selling illegal fake and unlicensed generic viagra.
